I did a lot of research prior to ordering this product and have read many usp jack3d reviews. I usually hit the gym with no desire to lift. So I wanted to try one of these preworkout drinks to see if they would help me. WOW I mean I live maybe 10 minutes away from the gym so I mixed 1 scoop to test the strength of the product. I drank it and than waited for 30 minutes. As I drove to the gym I had this rush of energy that came over me. “I needed to get this energy out,” I said to myself. When I road the bike for 20 minutes for a warm up I was thinking this stuff is really working. It seemed like I could go faster and longer on my warm up. I have pretty good motivation at the gym without any pre-workout, but since I workout early in the mornings I’m usually a bit sluggish, and drained after I get back home. Unlike other products, there were really no negative side effects I experienced from Jack3d. Using 1 scoop was an extra bump, and 2 was very noticeable. I haven’t taken 3, as I don’t feel I need it. With one scoop I had a bit more alertness, did better on cardio (much), and was able to focus well on what I was doing and not get distracted by “outside the gym life.” Decent pump, overall a better workout. With two scoops, I felt very energized and couldn’t stand sitting still at home. In the gym I have to watch my cardio warm up with two scoops as it is easy to overdo things. Physically felt like I was a man on a mission, great pump, strength gains were noticeable. No product is going to make you suddenly superman out of nowhere, but this had a bit of the extra push to mentally be able to put more weight on or pound out a couple more reps. For the price, it’s a solid pre-workout. No shakes, no digestive issues, no crashing, felt clean. Have tried no xplode before, but this supplement is far better. My strength seemed stronger. My focus was incredible. The pumps were good. Not like engulfing with blood but certainly present. After my work out I had so much energy still but still managed to get to sleep. There was no real crash at the end. This is a great product at a reasonable price. Try one dose and you will be surprised.

I weigh 13 stone, and im 5′8″. I can bench about 60k for 5 reps easily and i can happily curl 20k. My key areas would be arms (both bicep and tricep),  shoulders, abs and back. My legs are still pretty toned from when i used to train and are quite big so i dont think they need as much work. I am also wondering wether to buy a bike and go cycling a lot, wether to go our jogging or to even buy a jump rope and do some sessions with that?

I would like to gain overall size and strength, as well definition. I have supplements in the home which i have used and get good effects with, these would be a mixture of creatine, protein, whey, and the usuall added vitamins etc.
